Delivery
At Herblanka, we ensure your orders reach you quickly and safely. We take pride in delivering your goods with the utmost care and attention, so they arrive in perfect condition. For your convenience, we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only, making transactions simple and secure.
To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide:
- Full Name
- Accurate Delivery Address (with landmarks if needed)
- Active Phone Number (for courier contact)
Returns
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
Refund Proces
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it—as long as your items haven’t been shipped. After dispatch, we may not be able to process cancellations.
